The decision whether and when you want to receive reminders from us is just up to you.
This is how you subscribe/unsubscribe from reminder emails:
You can set your reminder e-mails under "My froach" > "Settings" > "Reminders".
Simply check or uncheck the respective day of the week. If the reminder is active, the tick is displayed in a green circle, if it is deactivated, it is grey.
If you want to unsubscribe from all reminders with one click, use the slider at the top of the reminder box.
It will also turn grey if the reminders are disabled.
