You can easily change your email address. Go to "My froach > Settings > Account".
Now enter your new email address under "Change email address" and select the current company domain from the dropdown menu. It looks like this for example: @company-domain.com
If you have been added to the froach licence via an invitation link, you can enter your email domain by yourself without having to choose from the dropdown menu.
Little tip: If you have problems saving, click out of the title block. The "Save" button will now be activated.
Afterwards you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us, in which you only have to verify your new e-mail address. As long as you have not done so, you will not be able to use froach.
If you want to continue using your previous email address, please go back to your froach account and click "Cancel". As long as you haven't confirmed your new email address, your old login details are still valid.
